The Spitfire Society - pandemic update

The Spitfire Society has had to make a number of difficult decisions in light of the current pandemic situation.  We cancelled the screening of Secret Spitfires and associated tour in Southampton on 22 March 2020.  We've also had to postpone our AGM that was to be held on 30 May and now rescheduled for the 3 October 2020 at the Bristol Aerospace Museum.  However our website shop remains available and further merchandise is available on our Ebay store.

Below are a list of membership benefits and discounts that members can enjoy on production of their Society membership card.

Member's Area

Our member's area of the website contains over thirty years of Society publications.  Oral interviews with key figures in the history of the Spitfire, from engineers, test and combat pilots.  Film documentaries featuring key members of the Society such as Group Captain Green and Jeffrey Quill.  Images of the Spitfire and related content, also reviews of museums and exhibitions.  Overall a wealth of exclusive content that isn't available anywhere else and all available online.

Merchandise

Members can obtain 10% off our Society shop products by quoting a coupon code provided in the member's area of the website.

Publications

Spitfire Evolution by Paul Beaver, artwork by Jon Freeman and published by Beaver Westminster Limited, ISBN 978-0-993554-50-6, RRP £15, The Spitfire Society members can purchase the book for £10.  To order email paul@beaverwestminster.com
